1 Q: Do you offer free samples and catalog?
A:
Sorry. We do not offer free samples as a rule. You are welcome to place a trial order to test the quality and service with us. Since larger order can help you save carriage. As we know, the less your sum is, the more expensive your freight will be. We recommend you order a small order before you place a substantial order if you are not confident with our quality or not sure whether that is the right product for your project. If you do not like that, you can always return it for full refunds. 
Because of the printed catalog can not be updated in short time as there are many items uploaded or removed on our website. It is very hard for us to update the catalog in time at this moment. So we do not have a printed catalog, but an online one; we will keep it accurate and up-to-date. You can download the catalogues online from our website. Please click the following links for details:

6 Q: Does your price include duties or VAT? Will I be charged import taxes or duties? How much tax do I need to pay?
A:
No, the price of our products does not include any taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay what you see on the "Order Form", i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost + packing cost ( if offer customized makings, OEM or ODM projects ).
Please keep in mind that any Customs fees or taxes imposed by Customs for an order are separate from the shipping charges, and are not the responsibility of All Top Nail. Customs fees and taxes will vary, and we recommend that you contact your local Customs office should you have any questions or concerns about these fees. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order. 
 
In most countries, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes. 

The rules are different in every country. In any one country the rules are often applied differently in different places, and sometimes rather randomly. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of every single country. 
All Top Nail is based in China. We are a Chinese company. Therefore anything you buy from us is going to be imported as far as your country's customs are concerned. We cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country.

If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes (e.g. VAT in the UK) then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s) from China. Unfortunately we can't calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone else please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.
 
If you order goods from us and feel that you've been unexpectedly 'stung' with taxes at your end, please don't blame us. A packaged returned to us due to refusal of these charges will result in All Top Nail being charged for the shipping, return shipping and Customs fees, and future orders will not be accepted until these fees are reimbursed. We are unable to alter our declaration. We apologize for any inconvenience.

2 Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity? Is it possible to order less than your minimum quantity?
A:

No, we do not have a minimum amount requirement. But each product has an individual minimum quantity requirement.
Most of the items need to meet our minimum quantity due to the products on AllTopNail.com are all directly from the manufacturers,so if the quantity is too small the manufacturers might can not make them for you. Some items we can try to offer you smaller quantity if we have them in stock.

 

3 Q: How much is the total cost I need to pay for my order?
A:

You just need to pay us the goods cost plus the shipping cost and packing cost (if offer customized makings, OEM or ODM projects) from China to your place.

4 Q: Can I make any changes to my order?
A:

Yes. Just submit a ticket or feel free to contact our Sales Department and send an email to support@alltopnail.com if you want to make any change to your order including cancel or add items, change the delivery method etc. We will do it for you.

Note: If your order has not already been shipped or custom work begun, we can cancel your order. Once shipped, we are unable to cancel your order. If you need to make a return, please see our Returns Policy.

5 Q: How long does it usually take to process orders?
A:
It normally takes us about 3-5 working days to prepare your goods after receiving your order and payment. However, if some goods in your order are out of stock, it takes some time for the factory to produce them. We will email you if there are some goods are out of stock.
6 Q: How do you deal with those temporarily unavailable items after I place an order?
A:

For the goods unavailable temporarily, we will provide some similar products for you to choose replacements. There are some other options if you don't like the products we choose for you.

A. You can choose replacement yourself and email us.

B. We can ship them to you with your next order when get them restocked.

C. We can send you these goods as soon as we get them ready.

7 Q: How to place an order?

8 Q: I could not find the item I ordered before. What happened? Can I still order?
A:Our inventory is updated constantly and any items can become out of stock or disabled. If an item is disabled, you will not be able to see that from our website. 
We are updating our products now. If the goods you are interested haven’t been showed, please kindly email us the details and we will source them for you.
9 Q: I received a wrong item. What should I do?
A:Before we ship your order,our orders are double checked to ensure accuracy, however, mistakes do occur. Please contact us with your order number (If you received the goods in wrong color, please send us pictures of the color you have received, and for size problem, please send us pictures show the items together with calipers ) and we will start an investigation to resolve the issue immediately.
10 Q: I am missing an item from my order.What happened? How should I do?
A:

First of all most of these reports are due to overlook of our customers. Therefore, we recommend you do the followings before contact us.

l          Double check the box for all packaging, especially looking for small packages for silver and pendants.

l          Count the number of strands/pieces that you received and compare that to the total number of items you have ordered.

l          Go over your invoice. If the item is out of stock at the time of fulfillment, we would have adjusted the total at the bottom of your invoice.

l          If there is still a problem, please contact us.

1 Q: What shipping options are available to me? How can I trace my shipment?

We provide many kinds of delivery methods from China to worldwide. 
The express methods we provide are DHL, UPS, FedEx and TNT etc.
We also provide postal services such as EMS, AIR, Mail Post, SAL and Surface.
Besides, we also provide Air Freight (from airport to airport), Ocean shipping (from port to port via container).You can also pick up goods yourself. If you have your own forwarder or account of DHL, UPS, FedEx, Just email us the detailed information about your forwarder or account to ship your goods out.
Please Note: Shipments via DHL, UPS, FedEx and EMS can be tracked, while shipment via AIR, Mail Post, SAL and SURFACE etc can not be tracked online. You can trace the shipment via DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and EMS from the following websites.

If the gross weight of your order is less than 20kg, we suggest you ship the goods via express company (Such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and EMS etc.)
If the gross weight of your order from 20 to 500kg, we suggest you ship the goods by air to the airport near you.
If you are in a hurry and your order must ship or arrive on a specific business day, we recommend that you select an air delivery method.
If your orders have big quantity or volume and you do not need the goods urgently, sea freight is recommended for Bulk Orders to save the maximum amount on shipping fees.
2 Q: How much will I have to pay for shipping?
A:
That depends on what you are ordering since shipping costs are highly sensitive to weight and dimensions and shipping method. The heavier and larger your order is, the more it will cost to ship. However, there are economies of scale and shipping cost per kilogram decreases as the package gets heavier. It's always more cost effective to ship more items in one package than to ship separately.

We use a variety of express mail services - including DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and EMS etc. which are door to door.  We also can ship by air freight and sea freight to your local airport or seaport (sea freights are recommended for Bulk Orders to save the maximum amount on shipping fees). We will select the lowest cost and most reliable service for your location.

If you have friends who live near you, and would like to order as well - you can suggest batching everything into one order to save on shipping costs for everyone.

3 Q: How long does it take to ship my goods from China to my country?
A:It depends on the delivery method you choose.
All the express delivery methods take about 3-5 working days to arrive (most commonly used);  
EMS: 4-6 working day;
AIR MAIL: 20-30 working days;
Mail Post: 15-20 working days;
Surface: 45~60 working days.
Sea Freight: (Recommended for orders weighing at least 300 pounds and above) 30-45 working days maximum to your nearest Port entry.

Tip: All Top Nail is not responsible for shipping delays due to severe weather and other causes beyond our control.
4 Q: Do you ship to PO Box?
A:The shipment via express delivery methods can not be sent to PO Box address.
5 Q: When can I get the information about my package online?
A:Normally, for the shipments in DHL, UPS, TNT, GLS, FedEx and EMS, you can get the information about your packages within 2 days after we ship them out.
6 Q: How will I know if my order has shipped?
A:We send a shipping notification email with tracking numbers once we have shipped your order.

7 Q: What if the goods arrive damaged?
A:
If your package shows breakage on receipt, attempt to open it in the presence of the driver or at least bring it to his/her attention when signing for the item. If possible, try to obtain a photograph of the damaged package. And also, you need to weigh the packages you received in case some items dropped out during transport from the damaged package. Contact us immediately and retain all packaging materials. Meantime, call the delivery company and tell them about the breakage etc.

NOTE:Please contact us with three pieces of information:
1) your order number and the item code(order number and the item code, you can find them in your email we sent to you, you can also find them in your order form)
2) FedEx or USP or EMS or DHL or TNT or EMS or AIR Tracking Number (from the Shipping Box)
3) What was damaged?
Then we will start an investigation and response to you as soon as possible.
8 Q: Do you offer free Shipping?
A:
All Top Nail Offer our customers the lowest Chinese Wholesale price of the good quality products. Our profit margin does not allow us to offer free shipping for you.
9 Q: How do I save on shipping?
A:

Due to the high price of international shipping, we suggest our customers to buy everything they want in one order. That way, the per-item shipping cost could be minimized. If you can wait a little longer, please choose the standard shipping method like Surface, it will be much cheaper than using express shipping. If your orders have big quantity or volume and you do not need the goods urgently, sea freight is recommended for Bulk Orders to save the maximum amount on shipping fees.

If the gross weight of your order is above 300 pounds (Advise more than 300 pounds) and you do not need the goods urgently, we suggest you ship the goods via sea freight. For sea freight takes about 15~30 working days to arrive at destination port depends on the distance. But to ship by sea freight you need to pick up goods from your local sea port and need to do custom clearance and pay some duty etc., as for duty, there are different rules in different Country, if you want to know detail information, you had better check with your agent or local custom.

China Part: send out the order through container to you, while the order is leaving from China, we will be not in charge of the shipping. But when the order is arrived at you, you should do the custom clearance, duties and VAT payment etc, after that, you can ship them to your home. But if you feel this is very complicated, I personal advice you employ one shipping agency to do the custom clearance and some things with port, door to door shipment. If you have familiar shipping agency, you can please tell us when we prepare to send the order out. 10 Q: Can we pay the shipping in the destination?
A:
Yes, you can pay the shipping cost in your destination. But you should tell us your shipping account such as DHL ,UPS, TNT, or Fedex account.

11 Q: How to pick up your goods if ship by Air Freight and Sea Freight?
A:

Once your goods were shipped out, we will send the shipping documents (B/L and Invoice) to you. The shipping company will contact you once the goods arrive at the destination port. Once the goods arrive at your destination port, you can pick up the goods from the port with the shipping documents, but you need to do custom clearance. Every country has different custom policy, you also need to pay some extra fee that depends on each country's requirement, better inquire from your local custom or agent. If necessary, you can find an agent to do the custom clearance and pick up the goods for you.

15 Q: I want my order left on my doorstep/porch/etc. Can I do that?
A:We cannot instruct the carrier how to leave your package. They will use their own policies to deliver your package. If you have a specific requirement for delivery, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number available.
16 Q: Does shipping insurance cover damaged/lost goods?
A:Insurance covers lost and damaged merchandise. We offer insurance on all orders. (In general, the Shipping Charge usually includes insurance. If you do not need shipping insurance, you can please tell us when we prepare to send the order out.)
Please note that shipping insurance is not available to some shipping destinations. For those shipping addresses, we can not purchase insurance and the customers are responsible for lost or damage package.

17 Q: What should I do if my order is lost or delayed?
A:We will call the courier and start an investigation if your package is lost or delayed. If you would like to reorder before the investigation has been completed, you can do so. If you would like for us to send a replacement, we are able to do that after the insurance claim has been filed.

3 Q: When I order 5000 beads, why is the quantity I get is not exactly 5000?
A:

The factory counts beads by weights, so that are the reason why the quantity is not exactly the same as indicated sometimes.

4 Q: The pendant that I ordered does not have a hole. What should I do?
A:Please look very carefully in the light. There is wax in some of the holes that make them difficult to see. The holes are sometimes on the black part of the pendant or on the inside of a petal. If you still do not see a hole, please contact us with your order number and item code and we will start an investigation immediately to resolve the issue.
5 Q: What is the hole size in the beads?
A:It varies because they are hand drilled. But 0.7-1.2mm is an industry ad-hoc standard. This size is sufficient for absolute most threading material used in jewelry making.
6 Q: Are the pictures of the products the actual size?
A:Most of the pictures are proportionate to the actual product. However, resolution settings vary in monitors, so the actual size cannot be determined by the picture.
7 Q: Are the pictures the same as your real pruducts?Why do some products have different colors than what I see online?
A:Most of our pictures are very factual due to our strict quality control. Our pruduct pictures are taken under the natural light,so there will be tiny difference between the pictures and real items because of the digital camera and computer monitor.
However, color difference does happen, especially for natural stones. This difference in color is based on the atomic structure of the stone. Although the different stones formally have the same chemical composition, they are not exactly the same. When there are very big variances in color, we let you know in the descriptions so that you may plan correctly for your application.
8 Q: Are all your products available in stock?
A:Our stock changes every day. and we can't guarantee all the products are in stock. However, if some goods in your order are out of stock, it takes some time for the factory to produce them. We will email you if there are some goods are out of stock.
9 Q: What can I do if I could not find the goods on your website?
A:

If the goods you can not find were on one of our website previously, they may have been removed from AllTopNail when they became unavailable. That's why you can not find them anymore.

10 Q: Why are the goods in mixed color I received are not exactly same color as the picture on your website shows?
A:

The pictures of these beads on our website are just a reference to tell you that they are in mixed colors. However, the colours we get from the factory may vary each time. Just contact us if you have special requirement on the color and we will try if we can get them for you to meet your requirement.

11 Q: Can I purchase the goods in mixed colors or sizes?

There are two cases to purchase the Mixed Products with All Top Nail:

 

l          Available: We have Mixed Products zone where the items are mixed by color or shape. You can pick out what you like.    

l          Unavailable: For example, "I would like to buy 100pcs of designed nail art tips. Can I purchase 50pcs in white, 30pcs in blue, and 20pcs in yellow?" --We are very sorry but we can not provide you the beads in such mixed colors as each item on our website have a minimum quantity required.

12 Q: Can you provide your nail art findings plated in silver color, gold, copper, black or antique bronze?

They just have different polish effect. Platinum plated is bright white while silver plated is silvery white. They are different plating modes. The durability of platinum is better than that of silver.
